In pain, literally :-)
I got my braces adjusted yesterday and today, damn, is the worst day of my life in braces :-)
Although the pain is tolerable, I can't chew solid food. I had 3 packs of Nesvita for breakfast and according to BJ I should ready myself and the tissue paper later for violent volcanic eruptions :-)

hahah! yah i agree braces are worst after visiting your dentist.. owel, that's just how it should be.. :P (sigh)
